1. Acceptance of Terms & Mission Statement
Vanamatre Private Limited is dedicated to redefining healthcare through the intersection of scientific precision, constitutional intelligence, and compassionate care. Our mission is to empower individuals with AI-driven solutions that prioritize healing, comfort, and personalized health excellence.
By accessing or using our websites, applications, algorithmic tools, APIs, software platforms, or associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of all Services.

2. Core Service Capabilities & Technological Scope
Vanamatre develops and deploys proprietary technological ecosystems designed for individual biological evaluation, nutritional transparency, and lifestyle optimization, centered upon three foundational pillars:
Neural Precision: We utilize deep learning architectures and algorithmic frameworks to map complex biological, constitutional, and dietary data, enabling the identification of subtle health and excipient patterns invisible to the human eye.
Genomic & Constitutional Insight: Our algorithms cross-reference nutritional profiles, botanical formulations, and individual predispositions to deliver optimized, personalized biological alignment frameworks.
Real-Time Care: We integrate automated, AI-driven diagnostics and evaluation metrics into real-time digital workflows, supporting rapid, accurate, and accessible health awareness at scale.

3. Absolute Non-Medical & Non-Clinical Disclaimer

Informational & Educational Nature Only: All tools, algorithms, evaluations, safety percentages, Prakriti indices, neural pattern recognitions, excipient flags, and insights generated by the Services are strictly educational and informational in nature.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Utilization of the Services, submission of physiological data, or engagement with automated algorithmic models does not create a licensed physician-patient, hospital-patient, or clinical consultative relationship between you and Vanamatre Private Limited or its directors, officers, or healthcare professionals.
Not a Clinical Diagnostic Device: The Services do not provide clinical medical diagnoses, emergency care, pharmacological prescriptions, or medical treatment plans. The Services must never be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgment, emergency medical services, clinical pathology laboratory tests, or individualized physical consultation with a registered medical practitioner.
Emergency Health Situations: If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, acute adverse allergic reaction, or critical health episode, immediately contact your local emergency response service (e.g., 112/102 in India) or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

4. User Eligibility, Registration & Security
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to establish an individual account. Parents or legal guardians may configure sub-profiles for minor dependents under their direct oversight and responsibility.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration, account creation, or constitutional diagnostic profiling.
Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Proprietary Ownership
All content, software code, algorithms, neural architectures, system designs, visual interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, database schemas, scoring weights, and proprietary analytical models are the exclusive intellectual property of Vanamatre Private Limited and are protected under Indian and international law.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Vanamatre grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the consumer-facing Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, reconstruct, scrape, harvest, aggregate, modify, adapt, translate, rent, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without prior written authorization.

6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Restrictions
You agree not to violate applicable law, impersonate any individual or entity, introduce malware or disruptive code, or misrepresent algorithmic safety scores or commercial ratings.

7. Third-Party Products, Scans & Commercial Platforms
The Services provide computational evaluations of third-party consumable goods, grocery items, cosmetics, and packaged food labels. Product ingredients, formulations, batch qualities, and manufacturing standards are controlled exclusively by third-party manufacturers.
Safety scores or compatibility ratings do not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or liability assumption by Vanamatre unless an explicit "Satvamark Certified" seal is formally issued and verified.
Transactions on external commerce platforms are governed by those platforms’ terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Vanamatre and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Services.
Aggregate liability shall be capped at the amount paid for the specific Service in the preceding six months, or INR 1,000, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vanamatre Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and legal representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or penalties arising from your breach, misuse, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or clinical, health, or dietary decisions based on the Services.

10. Modifications to Services & Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services. Material amendments will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Pali / Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
